How do I know my order has been successfully processed?

 You will get an email with all the details of your order. In this mail, you will be given with an Order ID, and a list of the items you have ordered. You will also be notified when we dispatch the items from our warehouse.

How can I cancel or modify my order? 
 If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via help.giftworld@gmail.com. You must cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order.

We process and ship orders quickly. Once our warehouse has processed your order, unfortunately we will not be unable to make any changes to your order because it’s already on its way to you.

 We have manufacturing, fulfillment and shipping partners in other regions around the world. We have partners located in United States, Costa Rica, Spain, China, India and other countries. So if you order multiple items it’s possible they may come in different packages and/or delivered at different times from any one of our global warehouses.

What if I only received a part of my order?

 Different items can come from different warehouses and in separate packages, so you might receive more than one package if you ordered several items. Please verify your email as we provide different shipping confirmation for items leaving separately.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
